Mr. Winer has been asked to moderate and lecture over fifty (50) programs aimed at educating attorneys, healthcare providers, and victims groups. He is frequently asked to speak on a broad range of topics within the general categories of personal injury, wrongful death, settlement, mediation, litigation and trial techniques.
